RETURN POLICY:
-All sales are considered final. BUT! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason contact our Customer Relations team directly by text or phone call at 626-505-5006 and we will do our best to provide discounts on current and future orders!
DAMAGE / DEFECTIVE POLICY:
-Customers have 3 business days from receipt of goods to file damage or defective claims. Any damage / defective claims requested after 3 business days will be denied.
-All damaged goods must be verified prior to issuing a return label. For expedited approval, please text all images of the damage or defect to 626-505-5006.
-Refunds will be issued once the damaged or defective goods have been returned.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED:
-After receiving verification of the wrong item received, we will issue a return label for the incorrect merchandise. A full refund will be issued once merchandise is received.
